Have direct access to the ocean with no large hotels blocking any views at the end of the street on 4th Ave. Being a few steps from the ocean allows immediate access to your day of relaxation in the sun. Offering 3 non-smoking homes all complete with picturesque views of the ocean even from the driveway! These 2-story homes are complete with a master on the main level with an ensuite bathroom and complete with a private deck off the bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs and share a full bathroom. The open floorplan allows great communication from the kitchen to the dining and living room.
